We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our home décor products, and we aim to ensure that every order meets expectations. This Refund and Return Policy explains the conditions under which products may be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Items showing signs of use, damage, alteration, or wear may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards
  • Home décor products such as fabrics or cushions explicitly marked as non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@artcom.design with your order number and photos or videos of the issue. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or full refund at no additional cost.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at info@artcom.design with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, return instructions will be provided. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking confirmation.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider. Processing times may vary based on banks or card issuers and are outside of our control.

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will arrange shipment of the replacement product once the original item has been received and approved. Exchange availability is subject to stock.
